Our first experience in a cave! Room was large, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also large with a generous shower space. The staff were pleasant and helpful and willing to assist. The breakfast was good, more than adequate. The hotel is situated a short distance from the business of the tourist area which meant it was quieter, but it is still very easy to walk into the tourist area - there is no need to take a taxi! Seeing the balloons in the early morning was a real treat. Enjoyed our stay here.

We loved the location of this hotel. You could walk easily down to the main shopping area where there are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. The rooms were amazing, they have the features of being a cave room, but with plenty of natural light and great air flow. The rooms are spacious, the bed is super comfy and there is plenty of room to relax. They supply a good tea / coffee area also. The bathroom is clean, and roomy and they and the and they supply nice toiletries and fluffy towels. This hotel looks out to where there balloons appear in the mornings and the have a terrace to take photos, enjoy the view and soak up the scenery. They have different areas set up for photo opportunities, including a 'breakfast set up' so you can take photos on the terrace. Breakfast is at the lower floor, in the comfort of the air con - its a good space with plenty of tables and very lean toilets. breakfast was a full Turkish spread, as well as your choice of eggs cooked your way, there are also various options for hot and cold foods. You can also book your tours through the hotel and pay at the desk. We did this and all options that we booked were amazing. They staff are happy to assist, and they use WhatsApp which makes things very easy to book and communicate. WIFI was great. If you are looking for a pool, you can pay a day session and use the pool at the hotel across the street - which some of our group did as they stayed a little extra days and it was getting hot

Everything about our stay was incredible—it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The room was absolutely beautiful—spacious, well-designed, and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from our window; we could see hot air balloons floating gracefully across the sky right from our room, which made the mornings feel magical. It was such a memorable and relaxing stay—an experience we thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend to anyone looking for something special

We liked everting about this place. The location was great, the stuff was very helpful and friendly, the place is beautiful , and very clean, it has an amazing view from the terrace. We arrived at 4:40am and check in was at 11am, however, the receptionist was so amazing and kind and as the room was ready he let us go straight to the room, we wore so grateful as we had to travel for 8hrs to by bus to get there so we were pretty tired.

We had an amazing and unique experience staying at this luxury cave-themed hotel, which perfectly complements the vibe of Cappadocia. The room was spacious enough for the three of us, and the bathroom was impressively large, exceeding all our needs. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. After checking out, I realized I had left an important item behind, and the manager kindly checked immediately and arranged for it to be shipped to me. Fortunately, I was still in Turkey, and I received it quickly in another city. Also we loved that we could take stunning photos from the terrace with the hot air balloons as a backdrop. It was such a memorable experience! Overall, a wonderful stay with outstanding service!

Location, bed, the terrace, breakfast and everything was good. the balloon show pictures in the morning were also great. kids and my wife really loved the hotel location, the pictures.

The service was lovely! They communicated really well via email when we wanted to book our hot air balloon experience and was accommodating to payment methods. They gave great recommendations and helped us book our first Turkish Hammam. The cave rooms were beautiful! Nothing like anything we’ve experienced before. They were big and spacious, with all the right amenities. The view from the roof terrace was amazing! You could see all the balloons, with a lovely set up prepared every morning.

The hotel is amazing with a cave atmosphere. The location from the main town of Goreme is about 5 minutes walk. The communication was very good the whole time and the hotel offered a lot of activities (hot air balloon, ATV, horse riding, tours).
